Trailer construction

We carry out comprehensive trailer conversions in accordance with the intended use of the vehicle. Each project is tailored to the unit’s purpose and the specific requirements of a mobile medical workspace.

We provide full implementation from the structural preparation stage, through installations, to complete finishing and preparation of the vehicle for operation.

We provide full mechanical service for trailers. Our work includes:

pneumatic systems,
EBS systems,
electrical installations,
mechanical and structural work.

We handle both routine maintenance and comprehensive repairs.

We design and build interior conversions for medical trailers, including the installation of medical equipment. We ensure that the structure is properly prepared for the installation of diagnostic devices and that the interior layout is functional and efficient.

Mammography trailer

For Geneva Trust, we built several mammography trailers, including two flagship models equipped with hydraulically extendable staircases that provide easy access and comfort for patients.

Our solutions combine modern technology, functionality, and safety, supporting mobile mammography diagnostics.

Event trailer

Our expandable event trailer provides over 60 square meters of space for presenting products, holding conferences or even concerts.

PET-CT trailer

For Scandinavian Medical Solutions, we built a trailer equipped with a mobile positron emission tomography (PET) scanner, fully adapted to the requirements of medical transport and field operation.

It was officially presented at the Warsaw Medical Expo, where it attracted the attention of medical industry professionals and showcased our capabilities in creating modern, mobile diagnostic solutions.

It is the first PET-CT trailer in the world which uses a advanced battery pack instead of a generator to provide power to the systems during transit.
